Heavenly Valley Townhouse Reservation Policy

I/We understand that: Puruant to the Heavenly Valley Townhouses Association bylaws, CC&R's, Declaration of restrictions for time sharing ownership, rules and regulations, etc.:

1. Reservations will be honored on a first come first served basis.

2. Maximum occupancy for a townhouse is 8 persons, (Unit 2 is 6 persons) - no exceptions.

3. My/Our week begins at 4 PM on Saturday and ends at 10 AM on Saturday (except where ans owner has two weeks.) Unit #2 week begins on Friday at 4 pm and ends on Friday at 10 AM. Townhouses must be vacated in good order.

4. Management will collect a refundable $250.00 security deposit upon my/our arrival at Heavenly Valley Townhouses.

5. If my/our guest or renter are using my/our week(s) it is my obligation to inform them of the above regulations. I/We shall give the management written notification as to the names and addresses of occupants using the townhouses. I/We are responsible for any damage.
